ALTIDORE SET FOR TORONTO EXIT

American striker Jozy Altidore could leave MLS football side Toronto FC at the end of the 2021 season according to respected Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano. Ex-Hull City attacker Altidore could end his seven-year association with MLS football team Toronto FC by mutual termination.

Altidore, 32, has been at Toronto FC since 2015 and his exit would leave a Designated Player spot open for the MLS football club who missed out on the playoffs at the end of the regular season this year on the back of nearly winning the Supporters’ Shield last year. Toronto FC finished ahead of bottom team Cincinnati on the league standings with 28 points from 34 games.
